How do I create my Elizabeth Rose Rewards account?
To improve the Elizabeth Rose experience, we will be creating Rewards accounts for all our existing account holders. You can track your Elizabeth Rose Rewards account information on your My Account page, as well as automatically earn points every time you shop.

How many points do I get?
You will collect 1 point for every £1 you spend.
How much would I need to spend to receive a £5 Elizabeth Rose Reward voucher?
You need to spend £100 to receive a £5 Elizabeth Rose Reward voucher. When you reach 100 points, the £5 Elizabeth Rose Reward voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
How can I keep track of how many points I’ve earned?
Log into your online account and click My Account where you will be able to view your points. Once you have reached 100 points, your points will be automatically exchanged for a £5 voucher which will be emailed to you.
How long do my points last?
If you have collected 100 points or more, your points will be converted into vouchers and emailed to you. If you have not reached 100 points, your points will expire after 12 months.
How soon will my points be registered?
Points will be awarded to the account 48 hours after order dispatch.
How do I receive points for leaving a review?
Please log on to your account and navigate to the page of a product you would like to leave a review on. Next to the review stars rating, there is a link to write a review. Please select this link and complete as much detailed information as you can. Then finish by posting your review.

If you haven’t received points for your review then there may have been a problem with your review, or your Elizabeth Rose Rewards account. If you know your review hasn’t been published please resubmit for approval. If your review has been published, there could be an issue with awarding the points to your Elizabeth Rose Rewards account.
