The sandy\/clay soil produces quality grapes, high in natural sugars and acids. The vineyard produces a range of wines that have won many awards over multiple years. Each Vintage is carefully produced in small batch tanks and barrels only, with particular attention to express each gape variety to the best of its ability every year.
