What's in the case?
We’ve selected two brilliant whites wines – the Bardfield Bacchus and the Gifford’s Hall Madeleine Angevine.
Both of these wines are from East Anglia where still wines are doing exceptionally well.
The Bardfield Bacchus is an award winning wine! It has scents of Goosebury, nettle, honeysuckle and elderflower. Followed by refreshing yet mellow apple on the palate.
The Gifford’s Hall Madeleine Angevine is a zesty white from a top-quality estate in Suffolk. A really floral bouquet leads in to concentrated apple and lime flavours. Very dry, crisp, refreshing white, reminiscent of an Alsace Pinot Blanc.
The Winbirri Signature surprises people time and time again! English reds are no longer what they used to be.
This bold red is bursting with rich plum and dark-berry fruits; spicy with notes of coffee and blackberries. On the palate you get beautiful plum and vanilla.
The London Cru Rosaville Rd is English summer in a bottle. These grapes were grown in the heart of the English countryside and made in London.
Pale and delicate colour, this wine has aromas of pink grapefruit and fresh strawberries.
Light, fresh and incredibly gluggable, with succulent texture from time ageing on lees.
One delightful pink and one organic white sparkling wine is included in this case – The Biddenden Gribble Bridge sparkling rosé and the Oxney Organic Single Estate.
The Oxney Organic Single Estate is a dry, sparkling wine with the fresh, approachable style of English wines with flavours of red apple, pear and toast. Its bready autolytic bouquet gives way to crisp, zesty lemony acidity.
The Biddenden Gribble Bridge sparkling rosé is an off-dry wine with a palate of summer fruits, strawberry, raspberry and pear. A beautifully blush colour, this wine has an inexhaustible stream of bubbles.
