This bold red is bursting with rich plum and dark-berry fruits; spicy with notes of coffee and blackberries. Plum and vanilla come through beautifully on the palate. An excellent accompaniment to cheese.
Trevibban Black Ram NV
On the nose this wine gives dark chocolate, baked plums, black cherry and black pepper. This follows with a juicy blackcurrant palate with a hint of smoke. Great with seasoned steak, beef or lamb stew.
Stanlake Bacchus 2018
A refreshing and fruity dry wine with flavours of grapefruit, gooseberry and hints of passion fruit and peach. This wine is made from vines that are 15 years old. They are producing fantastic quality grapes and this is reflected in this beautifully finished wine. Enjoy by itself or together with spicy cheeses, well-seasoned white meats or creamy veggies.
Sharpham New Release 2019
From vine to bottle in 8 weeks. This white alternative to Beaujolais Nouveau released on the 3rd Thursday of November. Sharpham focus on ‘free run’ juice that gets fermented in stainless steel tanks. Almost as soon as the ferments have finished, the wine is carefully blended and bottled in time for early release. This wine is bursting with ripe stone fruit, tinned peaches and pear drop aromas and expressing tonnes of fruit on the palate with the signature spritz that sits perfectly alongside the zippy acidity. There are only 1392 bottles in existence, so make sure you buy yours soon! Pairs well with fresh grilled fish, crab or as an aperitif.
Bardfield Anne of Cleves 2018
A delightful Bacchus with round fruit flavours. Soft and refreshing with delicate pear on the palate. Easy drinking and delicious on its own, or with a summer BBQ.
Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs 2014
The nose of this wine is subtle with hints of honey and a brioche. A refreshing palate with crisp minerality, alongside citrus and white tropical fruits. Pairs well with oysters, lemon butter and scallops.
