What's in the case?

English White Wine – But Not Bacchus! We get it, Bacchus isn’t for everyone. That’s why we designed this case – a real show-off case of English whites with not one Bacchus in sight. Once added to your basket, our 5% mix-six discount will be automatically applied. You lucky thing!

So what’s in the case?

Firstly, our English White Wine – But Not Bacchus! case for May 2021 includes an all-time favourite, easy-drinking white: the Biddenden Ortega. This is a gorgeous Summer white which tastes great on its own and with food.

Biddenden Vineyards are based in Kent. They produce a number of delicious and affordable wines. If you want to explore more Biddenden wines, please click here.

Secondly, this case includes the Winbirri Solaris – a new favourite of ours and if you’re a fan of the Winbirri Bacchus. You’ll likely enjoy this wine as well. Similar is style, this is a dry white wine, with beautiful flavours that works as the perfect aperitif.

Thirdly, we’ve included an oaked Chardonnay from Lyme Bay Winery. Lyme Bay specialise in English winemaking and their expertise shines through in this white.

We’ve also included our go-to foodie white, the Stopham Pinot Gris. Our favourite with an Indian takeaway, the Stopham Pinot Gris is a wine you will want to buy again and again.

Add to the mix two best-selling English whites, the Bluebell Vineyard Ashdown Ortega, and finally, the outstanding Simpsons Gravel Castle Chardonnay:

This is easily one of the best in the country and a wine we truly admire. Now you’ve got yourself a case full of English white winners, and not a Bacchus in sight. Enjoy!
