What's in the case?
Biddenden Gribble Bridge Ortega
A lovely nose of soft apple blossom and gentle apricot lead to a palate that is dry but deliciously fresh and easy to get along with. The apricot follows on from the nose and is combined with rounded citrus fruits – mainly subtle orange and lemon. Produced with the Ortega grape, this wine is just great on its own but will work very well with white fish dishes and salads.
Wiston South Downs Cuvee Brut
This award winning wine has softly scented freshness with hints of lemon zest and ripe yellow apple. On the palate, these flavors unfold and are joined by a well of creamy depth that lends another dimension to freshness and fruit.
Delicious as an aperitif but also a wonderful accompaniment to cheese.
White Castle Pinot Noir Reserve
A lighter style of red wine. This wine gives lovely notes of vanilla, red fruits and a little oak on the nose. The palate gives bold flavours of blackberry with subtle hints of smoke and vanilla.
Perfect with lamb or a cheese course.
