Firstly, the Elizabeth Rosé is extremely limited edition, with only just over 100 bottles available. With a beautiful salmon pink colour, this wine is bursting with strawberries, cream and delicate hints of peach. A slightly deeper colour than the ever popular Provence rosé, but don’t judge a wine by it’s colour! This rosé is just as delicate as your favourite Provence. The wine pairs perfectly with delicious summer salads, salmon, chicken and risotto. We recommend this wine is sipped with friends on a hot summers day. Equally, we love this curled up in front of a fire with a loved one.

Secondly, the nose is clean and gives fresh lemon and lime, with some tropical pineapple and pear notes. The palate is dry, crisp and well-rounded with good length and acidity. An excellent match for seafood dishes.
Trevibban Black Ram
Thirdly, on the nose this wine gives dark chocolate, baked plums, black cherry and black pepper. This follows with a juicy blackcurrant palate with a hint of smoke. Great with seasoned steak, beef or lamb stew.
Sharpham Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir shows wild strawberry, cherry with subtle spice on the nose. This is followed by a palate of juicy red berries, broad tannins and gentle oaked flavours. Drinking well now but will improve with time. Pair with game meat, mushroom dishes or casserole.
Lyme Bay Pinot Noir Rosé
The nose gives complex and intense aromas of cherries, rosehip, strawberries and cream. The palate offers good length and mouth-feel, with a refreshing acidity and is driven by redcurrant, cranberry, rhubarb, and strawberry flavours.
Finally, a fruity, yet crisp and dry white wine. This wine expresses beautiful flavours of pear, lime, green apple & juicy tropical fruits. Pairs well with seafood and chicken salads.
