Firstly, the Elizabeth Rosé is extremely limited edition, with only just over 100 bottles available. With a beautiful salmon pink colour, this wine is bursting with strawberries, cream and delicate hints of peach. A slightly deeper colour than the ever popular Provence rosé, but don’t judge a wine by it’s colour! This rosé is just as delicate as your favourite Provence. The wine pairs perfectly with delicious summer salads, salmon, chicken and risotto. We recommend this wine is sipped with friends on a hot summers day. Equally, we love this curled up in front of a fire with a loved one.
Lyme Bay Rosé
Secondly, the Lyme Bay Rosé has intense aromas of cherries, rosehip, strawberries and cream. The palate offers good length and mouth-feel, with a refreshing acidity and is driven by redcurrant, cranberry, rhubarb, and strawberry flavours.
Lyme Bay Bacchus Block
Thirdly, the Lyme Bay Bacchus Block offers a clean, intense and powerful grapefruit freshness on the nose, with broad tropical-fruit notes and gooseberry. The palate is long and citrus-dominated, with a lemon & lime finish with a good mouth and great length.
Bride Valley Dorset Crémant
Bride Valley Dorset Crémant has a fresh light yellow colour touched with hints of lemon. The continuous pin-prick bubbles show the bottle fermented effervescence. The Bride Valley Dorset Crémant has a much less aggressive fizz. It is fantastically creamy, backed by hints of white flowers and white summer fruits.
Bride Valley Pinot Noir Rosé
Bride Valley Pinot Noir Rosé is a fabulous aperitif and food wine. Brighter and pinker than the pale Rosés from Provence, this wine has red summer fruits on the nose. It has a nicely rounded palate, and refreshing acidity on the finish.
Trevibban Mill Black Ewe
Finally, the Trevibban Mill Black Ewe is a fabulous dry, white wine with flavours of lemon, juicy green apple and succulent pear. Pairs wells with salads and pork.
