Giffords Hall Rose
Firstly, Giffords Hall Rose has distinct aroma of roses, white peach and wild strawberry notes. The palate is fresh with red berry flavours and a touch of pink grapefruit. Giffords Hall Rose is delightful as an aperitif but also a wonderful accompaniment to fish dishes.
Stanlake Park Rosé
Secondly, the Stanlake Park Rosé is a remarkably flavoursome, pale rosé made from a selected parcel of Pinot Noir grapes. This dry wine has delicate and elegant notes of raspberry, red cherry and tropical hints, with a refreshing, lingering finish. Best enjoyed on a warm evening with delicate cheeses and cured meats.
Thirdly, the Woodchurch Rosé, made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the single estate vineyard in Woodchurch, Kent. The winemaker is the talented Mattheiu Elzinga of Litmus Wines, who is known for producing epic still wines. Salmon pink in colour, this rosé displays fresh red berries and cream on the nose. On the palate, the strawberries and cream flavours continue, with a vibrant, dry and refreshing acidity, that leads to a balanced and long-lived finish.
The Nutbourne Blush is a delicate rosé wine made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes, with a geranium bouquet, followed by notes of citrus and redcurrant. A wine for quaffing on a summer’s afternoon or serving with light salads and hors d’oeuvres.
Next, our very own Elizabeth Rosé. This wine is bursting with strawberries, cream and delicate hints of peach. A slightly deeper colour than the ever popular Provence rosé, but don’t judge a wine by it’s colour! This rosé is just as delicate as your favourite Provence. The wine pairs perfectly with delicious summer salads, salmon, chicken and risotto. Sip with friends on a hot summers day, or curl up with a glass in front of the fire – this wine is perfect for all seasons.
White Castle Rosé
Finally, a lovely pale blush wine from Wales. This wine fills the mouth with crisp summer fruits and ends with a mouth watering finish. A fantastic rosé, delicious on its own, or with salads and fish.
