We had our first taste of English wine in Summer 2014, what seems like a long time ago now. Little did we know at the time, that it would change our lives forever. Since then, we have found ourselves completely consumed by the world of English & Welsh wine. We are obsessed with finding out all there is to know. And we have felt passionately that we want to share our love with others. The fact that English & Welsh vineyards are here on our doorsteps producing wines of outstanding quality is something we can’t help but shout about to anyone who will listen. As such, Elizabeth Rose Wines was born.
Now, we are dedicated to raising the profile of, and improving access to English & Welsh wines. We don’t stock every single wine in the country, but we can vouch for every single wine that we stock. Each and every wine has been taste tested and we know they are all of exceptional quality. This is a task that we take very seriously but also thoroughly enjoy.
We fell in love with English & Welsh vineyards, talking to the people who work the land and produce the wine. Each vineyard has its own unique story, and we encourage you to visit them for yourself. Many vineyards welcome tourists and will happily pour you a glass of something delicious upon arrival.
