Elizabeth Rose was started by two best friends who are passionate about English Wine and who struggled to find an affordable and easy way to buy the wine they enjoyed.
Our vision is to ensure that buying English Wine is completely accessible and affordable to everyone.

Savoury notes of fresh bread, citrus and brioche on the nose and bright, delicate flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and cranberry on the palate. This wine has a deliciously long, precise and linear finish.
Jenkyn Place Brut Classic Cuvee£29.49
This is a youthful wine, even four years after vintage. There is huge potential for this wine to develop further in the bottle and so will keep on giving whether it is to be enjoyed now, or in the future.On the nose this wine has a hint of flinty smoke, lead pencil, and chalky green apples. On the palate are floral flavours, rich apple and hints of brioche. This wine has fantastic clarity, purity, and engaging length.
Jenkyn Place Blanc de Noir£34.99
A fresh nose of cashew nuts with notes of lime and ginger. On the palate there is a sensation of ripe pear, golden apple, baked bread and toast. Its great acid structure gives freshness, lift and length. There is plenty of complexity to follow as the wine already has stunning length, poise and detail on the finish – fascinating and delicious! Coming into its own now, this wine has a fantastic future.

White WinesWe've selected two brilliant whites wines - the Bardfield Bacchus and the Gifford's Hall Madeleine Angevine.Both of these wines are from East Anglia where still wines are doing exceptionally well.The Bardfield Bacchus is an award winning wine! It has scents of Goosebury, nettle, honeysuckle and elderflower. Followed by refreshing yet mellow apple on the palate.The Gifford's Hall Madeleine Angevine is a zesty white from a top-quality estate in Suffolk. A really floral bouquet leads in to concentrated apple and lime flavours. Very dry, crisp, refreshing white, reminiscent of an Alsace Pinot Blanc.Red WineThe Winbirri Signature surprises people time and time again! English reds are no longer what they used to be.This bold red is bursting with rich plum and dark-berry fruits; spicy with notes of coffee and blackberries. On the palate you get beautiful plum and vanilla.Rosé WineThe London Cru Rosaville Rd is English summer in a bottle. These grapes were grown in the heart of the English countryside and made in London.Pale and delicate colour, this wine has aromas of pink grapefruit and fresh strawberries. Light, fresh and incredibly gluggable, with succulent texture from time ageing on lees.Sparkling WinesOne delightful pink and one organic white sparkling wine is included in this case - The Biddenden Gribble Bridge sparkling rosé and the Oxney Organic Single Estate.The Oxney Organic Single Estate is a dry, sparkling wine with the fresh, approachable style of English wines with flavours of red apple, pear and toast. Its bready autolytic bouquet gives way to crisp, zesty lemony acidity.The Biddenden Gribble Bridge sparkling rosé is an off-dry wine with a palate of summer fruits, strawberry, raspberry and pear. A beautifully blush colour, this wine has an inexhaustible stream of bubbles.

This beautiful wine is rose gold in colour with floral and red berry aromas.This wine is full of fruit flavours including strawberry, peach, and melon combined with tangy citrus notes.The perfect party aperitif and a great accompaniment to smoked salmon, fish or chicken dishes.
Wiston South Downs Cuvee Rose£26.49
This wine boasts gorgeous fragrant notes of rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant, wild roses, lemon zest and a touch of sherbet on the finish. It is superbly elegant with tiny, persistent bubbles and a refreshing acidity that makes one go back for more. Perfect for sipping al fresco or with barbecued mackerel.

This award winning wine has softly scented freshness with hints of lemon zest and ripe yellow apple. On the palate, these flavors unfold and are joined by a well of creamy depth that lends another dimension to freshness and fruit. Delicious as an aperitif but also a wonderful accompaniment to cheese.
Tuffon Hall Amelie£13.99
On the nose this wine offers aromas of traditional elderflower and honeysuckle that are common to Bacchus, but also enticing riper aromas of peach and pear that are rarely found in English wines. On the palate is juicy fresh apple and melon. As always this is a wine that can be thoroughly enjoyed on its own, but also pairs well with a mixed barbecue, summery salads, local asparagus, pan-fried whitefish or a plate of Mersea oysters.
