Perfect for sipping al fresco or with barbecued mackerel. Trevibban Blanc de Blancs This wine has spent a minimum of three years on the lees and has had zero dosage. A complex dry wine which has gorgeous fine bubbles. Sharpham Reserve Brut Nectarine, white peach, tangerine, citrus and toast all formulate the aroma profile of this wine. The palate is fresh, and clean with delicate stone fruit flavours and a touch of salty minerality. Pairs well oysters, smoked salmon, canapes.

This case includes three gorgeous English Wines from the Devon and Cornwall! Sharpham New Release From vine to bottle in 8 weeks. This white alternative to Beaujolais Nouveau released on the 3rd Thursday of November. Sharpham focus on ‘free run’ juice that gets fermented in stainless steel tanks. Almost as soon as the ferments have finished, the wine is carefully blended and bottled in time for early release. This wine is bursting with ripe stone fruit, tinned peaches and pear drop aromas and expressing tonnes of fruit on the palate with the signature spritz that sits perfectly alongside the zippy acidity. There are only 1392 bottles in existence, so make sure you buy yours soon! Pairs well with fresh grilled fish, crab or as an aperitif. Trevibban Black Ram On the nose this wine gives dark chocolate, baked plums, black cherry and black pepper. This follows with a juicy blackcurrant palate with a hint of smoke. Great with seasoned steak, beef or lamb stew. Sharpham Whole Berry Rosé This fun, off dry rosé is full of ripe summer berries and delicate floral notes. The palate shows strawberry characteristics balanced by a soft and fresh acidity. Great with fresh summer salads, cold meats or slightly spicy food.
Simpsons Roman Road£24.99
Exuding a true sense of place, this elegant, single vineyard, still Chardonnay is created from fruit specially selected for its maturity and concentration. It displays pineapple and apricot aromas, complemented with sweet oak, clementine and mixed spice flavours and finishing in a luxurious, textured palate. The Roman Road Chardonnay has spent nine months in French oak barrels before bottling in June 2019.

Traditional Bacchus characteristics of delicate elderflower, ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit are harmonised in this sparkling Rosé with ripened red berry notes from the Pinot Meunier and Regent. The structure is built upon layers of flavour, with the backbone being fresh acidity. Well-balanced citrus refreshes the palate, whilst softer flavours of raspberry and strawberry add a subtle sweetness. This wine is great as an aperitif!

Bardfield Anne of Cleves Grape - Bacchus A delightful bacchus with round fruit flavours. Soft and refreshing with delicate pear on the palate. Stopham Pinot Blanc Grape - Pinot Blanc Stopham’s Pinot Blanc is a dry wine which has gorgeous pear and primrose on the nose with pink grapefruit, melon and sweet fennel on the palate. It has zippy acidity balanced by a touch of sweetness which lasts well into the lengthy finish. Excellent with smoked fish. London Cru Chancery Lane Grape - Chardonnay This delicious wine has aromas of fresh green apples, pears and a touch of freshly-baked bread. Light and delicate in the mouth, with soft, rounded texture and a long, mineral finish. Match with a plate of oysters, or a fresh English garden salad.

Sharpham Dart Valley Reserve A delicious white wine from Devon, this wine has beautiful aromas of stone fruits such as white peach on the nose. Biddenden Gribble Bridge Sparkling White This lovely wine from Kent has good structure with a clean finish and attractive bready, baked notes. Intense and supple, this is clean, fresh and has depth. Made by the traditional method with Pinot Noir, Reichensteiner and Scheurebe. Giffords Hall Rose This gorgeous pale pink rosé from Suffolk has distinct aroma of roses, white peach and wild strawberry notes. The palate is fresh with red berry flavours and a touch of pink grapefruit. Delightful as an aperitif but also a wonderful accompaniment to fish dishes.
Skylark Demi Sec£20.99
Skylark is made from 80% Phoenix, 15% Seyval Blanc, and 5% Regent grapes. The grapes are whole bunch pressed at low pressure and fermented at cool temperature to maintain the fruity aromas. A secondary fermentation is undertaken in a sealed vat. The wine remains under pressure when bottled, maintaining the fizz. The result is this crisp, fresh, elegant wine that is bursting with fruit aromas of apple, lime, white peach, apricot, pear and tropical fruits.
