Description

Ideal conditions after the 2018 summer heatwave produced a near perfect growing season. A prolonged spell of hot weather followed by very little rain enabled grapes to fully ripen on the vine, which showed in both excellent quality & high yields.  This wine has been aged for four months on fine lees to give excellent structure and mouthfeel.

The nose is clean and gives fresh lemon and lime, with some tropical pineapple and pear notes.

The palate is  dry, crisp and well-rounded with good length and acidity.

An excellent match for seafood dishes.
