Description

The Meophams Union Red is a blend of premium grape varieties that work harmoniously to produce a vibrant and smooth red wine.

Ruby hue in colour, it expresses aromas of blackberry, ripe cherries and subtle hints of spice and smoke.  Rich bramble fruit with dark roasted coffee lead to a round, complex, silky soft finish with ripe tannins.

The Vineyard is located in the North Downs of Kent and spans about 25 acres.  The vineyard is set on a beautiful east-facing slope with beautiful views of Happy Valley.  Book a tour and tasting to see for yourself!

Meopham currently grows nine grape varieties.  These include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Madeleine Angevine, Leion Millot, Triomphe and Reichensteiner.
