Method

Step 1

Shake the first three ingredients with ice

100ml Saffron Grange Classic Cuvée

10 ml Giffords Hall Raspberry Liquor

Method

Step 1

Pour all ingredients into a sparkling wine flute

Mulled Wine

BEST FOR:

A warming start

A festive favourite, mulled wine is perfect for warming yourself up after a chilly Christmas Day walk. Warning: This is usually followed by a cosy nap on the sofa!

Ingredients

300ml Winbirri Signature

30ml honey or maple syrup

Freshly sliced oranges

A small sprinkling of festive spices from your cupboard (cloves, cinnamon, aniseed, coriander seeds etc.)

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a pan.

Step 2

Warm up until almost simmering, but don’t boil.

Step 3

Leave to rest with a lid for 5 minutes and serve with a ladle into mugs.
