Schonburger is a German variety that has found its success on English soil. In this case, Norfolk's soil to be precise. Burn Valley decided their Schonburger grew so well it was only right to make a single variety wine from this floral and fruity grape variety. The wine shows ripe fruit character of peach and lychee with a lovely floral hint of rose Turkish delight. This refreshing aromatic wine would be beautiful with an Asian noodle salad or chicken in orange sauce.
