The first vineyard I worked for, and where I truly fell in love with English wine. Even now, the quality continues to astound me. Their sparkling wines rival brands many times their size, with precision and consistency that feels closer to top Champagne producers. Small in scale, but every bottle reflects remarkable attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Saffron Grange is a boutique, family-run vineyard located near Saffron Walden in Essex, focused on producing premium English sparkling wine. Established on south-facing slopes, the vineyard benefits from a favourable microclimate and chalk-rich soils suited to growing high-quality grapes.
