The Giffords Hall St Edmundsbury is a beautiful wine that has a generous nose, silky smooth palate and is packed with fruit flavours such as plum, blackberries, blueberries and Christmas spices. 60% Rondo and 40% Pinot Noir The Giffords Hall St Edmundsbury is great with game, pasta or a traditional roast. Giffords Hall is a family owned vineyard planted on the site of an ancient glacial riverbed near Long Melford in Suffolk. The sandy/clay soil produces quality grapes, high in natural sugars and acids. The vineyard produces a range of wines that have won many awards over multiple years. Each Vintage is carefully produced in small batch tanks and barrels only, with particular attention to express each gape variety to the best of its ability every year. Not sticking to a strict recipe but moving and changing depending on the vintage.
