Saffron Grange Classic Cuvée 2021 is a blend of the classic 'champagne grapes.' 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier aged for a minimum of 24 months on its yeast lees to give it great texture and complexity. You can expect all the classic aromas you would see in any excellent bottle of traditional method sparkling. Red berries, red apple complimented by toasty, buttery brioche and notes of almonds. All highlighted with the English signature of freshness and minerality from the Essex chalk. This is Saffron Grange's signature wine for a reason, an absolute must-have in my wine rack - Victoria Bubb, ERW Director
