The Wiston Blanc de Blancs is an outstanding example of English sparkling. When writing the tasting note for this wine, the list just kept going on and on... Cream, vanilla, honey, candied lime, fresh lemon ... We couldn't get enough! The nose is bright and inviting, the mousse is rich. On the whole, an incredibly well structured wine. - Victoria Bubb, ERW Director. Drinking beautifully now but this is a well structured blanc de blancs that will continue to age nicely in the bottle. In 2006, the Goring family planted a south-facing 16-acre site with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay vines. Fifteen years later, Wiston Estate’s winery is a dynamic focal point for its ever-growing community, and a beacon for those who share the Gorings’ stewardship values. Since the vineyards were first planted, the Estate’s team of growers and winemakers has doubled in size. Pip’s dream was never just about making wine; it was also about bringing people together.
