Sandridge Barton (originally named Sharpham) Classic Cuvée Rosé, is a Pinot Noir driven traditional method sparkling, with just a touch of Chardonnay (8%). This sparkler screams Pinot Noir rosé.
Bursting with red berries and peach yogurt. 12 months maturation on the lees has given this wine a gorgeous creamy feel but the touch of Chardonnay keeps it light and citrussy. The vines are planted on varied soils in the Dart Valley looking over the river Dart.
