Cavendish is another award-winning sparkling wine from Ridgeview. Dominated by Pinot Noir, this blend is richer in style than their flagship cuvée, Bloomsbury. Making it an excellent choice for food pairing, from cured meats to grilled vegetables.
Crafted using the traditional method, this English sparkling wine is a blend of 37% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay, and 27% Pinot Meunier. Expect ripe red apple and red berry flavours, with a subtle hint of toast.
An award-winning wine, including Silver at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2017. It’s also a favourite is Parliament, Cavendish was the governments most-poured wine in 2024.
