This Chardonnay from West Sussex is clean, fresh and unoaked, with flavours of lemon and green apple, alongside delicate notes of white peach. Crisp and mineral. It’s a lovely expression of the grape, with two Chardonnay clones fermented in concrete and stainless steel to preserve freshness and character.

The label has a story of its own, with a frog and a floating hot-air balloon celebrating the West Sussex landscape and Thakeham’s rich aviation heritage.
